Virgin Twine Manufacturing Unit
In this fully-automatic manufacturing unit 100% Virgin Twine is manufacturing from 100% Virgin PP Granules and high density color pigments. We are having well experienced production staff and machine operators to manufacture the best twine having perfect finishing and shining. We also have quality control staff to check the quality of all twines like finishing and look of Twine Spool or Twine Ball. Our machinery is manually made by some expert engineers locally and due to this we are getting less manufacturing problems like burning, dropping waste and variation in size.
Semi-Virgin Twine Manufacturing Unit
In this unit Semi-Virgin Twine is manufacturing from Next 2 Virgin PP Granules and high density color pigments. This plant is also made by local engineers to less the manufacturing problems. The only difference is size of screw barrel and die according to raw material and product manufactured by this plant. As we are using next 2 virgin grade granules for Polypropylene Twine manufacturing we have to design the machinery according to this and also have to use some other ingredients.
Recycled PP Twine Manufacturing Units (A and B)
These units are our primary units as we are manufacturing a wide range of PP Packaging Twine since 1993. At the time of starting we have design these machinery on our self as we have to use low grade Recycled PP Raw Material to manufacture Plastic Sutli with very low cost according to market demand. This plant is not fully-automatic like Virgin Twine plant as much amount of waste is dropping and also getting variations in size of PP Sutli. In today’s market this Packing Twine is having highest demand due to low cost and high density colors.
Strap Roll Manufacturing Unit
We have started Strap Roll Manufacturing in 2004 due to our client’s requirements and we achieve our goal to provide a custom range Plastic Strapping to customers. This Strapping Roll Manufacturing Unit is also fully-automatic and having 2000 Kg manufacturing capacity. Our machine operators are well trained to make the product with excellent quality to fulfill the demands of buyers. This plant is design to manufacture all types of Plastic Straps like Fully-Automatic Strap Roll, Semi-Automatic Strap Rolls and Manual Strapping Rolls.
Plastic Recycling Units (A and B)
Since the year of 1993 we are manufacturing Plastic Raw Material like PP, HDPE and LDPE Granules and Lumps. These Plastic Lumps are also our primary product since last 19 years. We are using all types of plant waste and road waste to manufacture these Reprocessed PP, HDPE and LDPE Granules and Pellets. In one unit we are recycle these waste and make lumps and from these lumps we are manufacture these all Plastic Granules and Pellets.
